Designed for machine mitering, also useful for general workholding.  Machined from 6061T6 aluminum, bore tolerance +/- 0.002", supplied complete with clamping bolts.  Sizes 1", 1.125" and 1.25" have outside dimensions 2x2x1" and are $30 each.  Sizes 1.375" and 1.5"  have outside dimensions 2.25 x 2.25x 1.125" and are $35 each.  Other sizes also available - please call or write.

 For brazing or welding stems. Tube sections are precisely located with special rings which also help minimize heat distortion.  $375 includes your choice of two diameters of  interchangeable bar and steerer ring pairs.  All common  diameters available, $45 for each additional pair of rings, or purchase complete with six ring pairs (two 1", one 26mm, one 1-1/8", two 1-1/4") for $525.  Back-purge and quill stem options also available.

Machined from tool steel, heat treated to Rc58-62 for wear resistance, supplied with a tapped hole on the bottom to mount to your flat surface.  Sized to work with Park Tool #681 and #682 threaded inserts (parts of the Park Tool BFS-1).  Inserts are not included and are not essential, but can be helpful for alignment.  $325

3/4" diameter, available any length, threaded M6 both ends, either plain round ends ($20 each) or keyed ends ($45 for first one, $35 each for two or more, any length).

Shown at left, a heavy bottom bracket support post for use with surface plate fixturing.  Right, a set of precision multi-purpose blocks with identical centerlines and bored for bolts to mount to 8020 for joint-at-a-time construction.  Also used for layout over a drawing and machine or hand mitering.
